Williams Jet Tenders, the world’s leading jet tender manufacturer, is looking forward to exhibiting its newly upgraded Turbojet 285 model at the 2015 METS Show – the result of major investment into the range. The Williams team will be available during the show to talk visitors through exciting upgrades to its Turbojet and Dieseljet ranges, as well as the latest addition to its Sportjet range.

Williams’ Turbojet range now benefits from an upgraded hull and new Textron 850MPE engine. The new hull allows for a smoother, drier ride in rougher seas, while the new Textron engine offers increased torque in a progressively smooth way, making it easier to get onto the plane faster and offering extra power for water-skiing.

Meanwhile, Williams’ Dieseljet range now features the brand’s first ever completely digital dashboard, fully embracing digital developments in the superyacht sector. Williams has partnered with marine electronics specialists, Raymarine, to develop the innovative dashboard. All four models in the range also feature a new deck, styling updates, and the Dieseljet 445 and 505 models benefit from a new electronically managed Yanmar 4JH diesel engine.

The Williams team will also be able to talk visitors through the brand’s growing Sportjet range, with the Sportjet 400 having made its world debut at the Cannes Yachting Festival earlier this year. Designed as exciting performance boats, which are perfect for waterskiing or wakeboarding, the Sportjet range offers an exhilarating ride and blistering pace. The Sportjet 400 is powered by the BRP Rotax 4-TEC 125HP engine, and capable of reaching speeds in excess of 71km/44miles per hour.

Mathew Hornsby, Sales Director at Williams Jet Tenders, commented: “We are looking forward to exhibiting the Turbojet 285 at METS this year. The event is a highlight of the marine calendar for us and important for building relationships within the boating industry. We’ll be on hand to tell visitors about our commitment to innovation and ensuring our current range is performing at its very best, as well as introducing our newest model, the Sportjet 400.”
