Due to the continued growth and success of Williams Jet Tenders we are looking to recruit a number of motivated and skilled production staff to support the increased global demand we have seen over the past 12 months. We have roles available within all production departments including mould preparation, sub-assemblies, engineering and final fit out.

Williams Jet Tenders was started over 12 years ago by brothers Mathew and John Hornsby after they identified a unique gap in the market for jet propelled yacht tenders. Having originally started building handcrafted wooden power boats from their Mother’s garage in 1995 they decided to turn their pastime into a business. The reputation of their boats quickly grew, and with the addition of Roy Parker to the team in 2004, they focused their efforts on building a range of performance jet tenders to cater for the luxury powerboat market. Today, Williams is the world’s leading jet tender specialist, building over 700 boats a year.

With a global resurgence in the luxury yacht market, new routes to market and a robust five year product development plan, we are looking to expand the production capability within our Berinsfield factory.
